Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the project management team by coordinating project documentation, tracking schedules, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Your efforts will be key to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project documents, including contracts, permits, and other records.

  • Maintain updated records of project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

  • Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Monitor and track project changes, updates, and approvals, ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections as needed.

  • Support compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of construction documentation and terminology is preferred.
